For Taxpayers
For taxpayers who are looking into their property assessments: you’re in the right place. Before we discuss a property’s value, we always want to ensure that the property data is correct. You can view property records and characteristics here. If you notice any discrepancies in your Property Record Card (PRC), please let us know so we can review and correct as necessary.
You can also use our PRCs to cross-check information found online. Often times, aggregator websites like Zillow will have incorrect or misleading information. For example, a 1200sf ranch with 700sf of finished basement is not the same as a 1900sf ranch with an unfinished basement. If you’re looking at comparable properties (“comps”) online, make sure to compare apples to apples by verifying against our records.
