MAINTENANCE (RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL, MOBILE HOMES, OR ALL)
Maintenance work includes fielding all building permits, reviewing and validating property sales, performing and tracking property splits and combinations, property owner requested reviews, and all other tasks outlined by State Statutes regarding assessment work in a maintenance year.
REVALUATION
Revaluing all properties at market value via a full revaluation, exterior revaluation or market interim revaluation.
Please note: “full-value maintenance”, defined as maintenance work with municipality-wide ratio updates, is not an acknowledged assessment type by the Wisconsin Department of Revenue or the Wisconsin Property Assessment Manual (WPAM). Refer to Chapter 4 of the WPAM for a description of what each annual assessment type entails.
